Well, not really as Jo took two weeks off to spend time with her family and help out at her daughter’s wedding. I am sure all mothers out there know that a wedding in the family doesn’t necessarily entail rest & relaxation! However, the bride was beautiful & all went smoothly even with the weather conditions!

The original vines at Zonte’s Footstep were sourced in 1836! Brad Ray, owner & winemaker will be our guest speaker, discussing the wines with you and offering blind tasting & a blending competition as well.

What happened to the weather? We had an awesome spring & summer then all of a sudden we are on tsunami watch & considering building an ark because of the biblical flooding. Bring on Autumn with crisp clean days & beautiful sunsets and calmer weather.
The Mooloolaba Mile has been & gone again with Mother Nature doing her best to dampen our ‘Mile’ spirits. Although the family events had to be postponed, all the races were completed.
