Based on the Sunshine Coast at Mooloolaba, Hot Pipis is one of the longest established restaurants having been operating since 1993. Mooloolaba has a long history of exceptional restaurants that cater for both locals and the tourist industry. Hot Pipis is an 18 hr a day operation, opening for breakfast from 6:00am. Lunch is served from 11:30 till around 3:30 and Dinner runs from 5:30 pm till late.

The Sunshine Coast, QLD is a destination for people from all walks of life, all year round. Mooloolaba is the gem of the Sunshine Coast and Hot Pipis is their Restaurant of choice.

Here at Hot Pipis Mooloolaba we pride our selves on quality food and service. Our speciality is seafood. Hot Pipis Mooloolaba is the place to be. Our signature dish is the Hot Pipis Seafood Curry, as mentioned in the Lonely Planet Guide. Hot Pipis Mooloolaba offers a wide selection of Modern Australian Cuisine, specialising in Seafood. Much of our Seafood is brought fresh from the local trawlers who leave from Mooloolaba to fish. Our produce is brought fresh, locally, from the Sunshine Coast and predominantly Mooloolaba.

Hot Pipis have held charity events to raise finds for the Cancer Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Research Association and many local Sunshine Coast charity groups. August 2007 saw Hot Pipis donate the restaurant to the Mooloolaba Seafood Festival.

Our staff prepared the three winning recipes and served a group of more that 50 special invited guests with an outstanding selection of seafood dishes. Hot Pipis is registered with the Senior’s Association and has excellent wheelchair and disabled access.

If you can’t make it for dinner, Hot Pipis offers a sample of our famous Seafood Curry on our lunch menu. Hot Pipis Restaurant Caters for all food preferences from Seafood to premium eye fillet and vegetarian options. Syliacs are very well cared for at Hot Pipis with a major portion of our menu selection catering for the gluten intolerant.
