Hot Pipis is a name synonymous with quality food and service. Based on the Sunshine Coast at Mooloolaba, Hot Pipis is one of the longest established restaurants having been operating since 1993. Mooloolaba has a long history of exceptional restaurants that cater for both locals and the tourist industry. Hot Pipis is an 18 hr a day operation, opening for breakfast from 6:00am. Lunch is served from 11:30 till around 3:30 and Dinner runs from 5:30 pm till late.

95% of items on Hot Pipi’s Menu is Gluten Free. This is great news for gluten intolerant customers or those suffering from Coeliac’s disease.
For those that suffer from coeliac disease, eating food products that contain gluten can be a very uncomfortable experience. For those people, when they eat foods containing gluten, their immune system responds by damaging the villi which is the small protrusions lining the small intestine. The role of the villi is to absorb nutrients from the food. Without healthy villi, people cannot absorb food nutrients and can become under nourished regardless of how much they eat.
Unfortunately, this condition severely limits dining out experiences as many restaurants don’t have a menu that caters to them or has a limited range of menu items.
